Claire is in medical school, having waited until Brianna started school to go. Brianna, age seven, has been hit by a car. Luckily, she is not badly injured, just bruised. Claire is very upset and announces that she will resign from school. Frank urges her not to because he recognizes that she is meant to be a healer. In order to solve the problem of Bree not liking her sitters, Frank offers to keep Brianna at his office after school.
