Baby Brianna Randall, three months old, rolls over for the first time on her own. Frank has accepted her as his own child. She is the thing that keeps Claire and Frank together. Howver, Frank is not particularly understanding when it comes to Claire. He fusses at her because she is not looking perfect when he gets home (and after all, she is home all day). Claire leaves and goes to the Church of St. Finbar where she participates in the Perpetual Adoration every Friday at midnight.
Later Frank picks her up and they come to a truce. That night they make love for the first time since Claire's return.
