Back in 1997, the original Outlander Group at AOL was created and one of the early participants, Sassenak, started putting together the Outlandish Timeline to help everyone sort out who was who and when things happened.

This was an important and time consuming project of the original group, with many of the members, too numerous to mention*... helping Sassenak in her quest for simplicity.

*= I am so sorry but my senior brain couldn't possibly remember all of the e-names involved, and aside from BoDiva, no one else got directly mentioned on the website...LOL

When Diana Gabaldon wrote the Outlandish Companion, she credited Sassenak for her work since it was also helpful to her. :)

I noticed recently, in my quest for "protecting content" that Sassenak had not updated anything in several years and I simply hated that the site was languishing. Since there are more books to be dismantled- I wanted to continue the project here so we could always have this as a source for our re-reads. I have contacted Sassenak and hope she extends permission to use the work she published back in 97/98 at her AOL website:
